Blog Flipping

Hey everyone, if you didn’t know already Site Flip U has been sold.  I sold siteflipu.com and blogflippingblueprint.com for $32,500 to an investor from Maryland that prefers to remain nameless.  I figure there are at least a few of you out there wondering why I sold, and the truth is this… I’M BURNT OUT!  I need a vacation before I continue working, so I decided to go on an extended vacation.  However, it appears you may not be without me for long.  I’ve worked out a deal with the new owner that could bring me back to siteflipu.com as a writer, and still have me as a mentor in the blogflippingblueprint.com membership site.  I’ll keep you posted on the details.  I won’t be writing daily anymore, there will be paid writers for that… but it’s not going to be unusual seeing me jump in from time to time to dish out some advice.

So what’s in the cards for me?

Well, I need a brain-break!  I’m going to be vacationing until January and then in January I’ll be making a move to a new country… MEXICO!  We’ve just put a deposit down on a wonderful house that’s right on the beach in a popular tourist destination in Mexico.  It’s something that I’ve always wanted to do, so why not take advantage of it now that I have the money, and the ability to work from anywhere in the world?

Once we get settled (mid-January) I’ll start up a new site and I’ll be sure to let you guys know where I’m hiding.  I figure the break will be good for everyone involved, I get to take a break, and come back more refreshed than ever!

SiteFlipU was a great experience for me, and it turned out being even more helpful and profitable than I had ever imagined.  I have several people that I helped kick start into full-time incomes, and those kind of stories are really what keeps me going.  Keep moving forward, and you’ll be the next to join them!

The new owner is a great guy, and he intends to keep some really solid information coming your way through the pages of SFU, and he’s going to continue to market BFB while I take care of the questions that may come up for the new members.

I can’t wait for my vacation, and I hope that all of you keep in touch with me.  My skype name is onemansgoal and I’m on there all the time.  Send me a message, let’s chat!

Kind of ironic isn’t it?  Flipping a website that teaches people how to flip websites?  But don’t worry, I won’t be gone for long!

    Bryan,

I heard from a reliable source that you sold the site to yourself.

    Any comment.

This made me laugh! I don’t know who your reliable source is, but it’s time to find someone a bit more reliable!

This should set your mind at ease…

So is it even worth buying your membership? Who am I going to ask questions to, some “wanna be”.

    [Reply]

Bryan Clark reply on November 5th, 2008:

It’s absolutely worth buying my membership. 1.) I’ll still be a mentor there, so you’ll have access to me if I’m who you feel comfortable asking questions to, and 2.) The person that bought this site is definitely not a slouch himself. BFB is worth just as much as it was a week ago, if not more!

Clark, you are the man! Sweet deal on the vacation, everyone needs one. And if you can live out a dream in the process, I am all for it and glad I could give my dough to contribute to it because I know I am going to make that back all day long.

Can’t wait to see what you come back with in January and look for me on Skype because I will be hitting you up.

Good luck to the new owner, but just know that we always got love for Clark as it was him that opened this income stream to me and I am really appreciative.

    Thanks, Clark! You da man!

Thanks Freddie. I just hope that you guys keep rocking out like you did when I was here. I’ve watched so many of you grow your incomes quite nicely by adding site flipping to it… keep it up! I’m amazed at the progress that some of you made.

Congrats on the sale Bryan! Enjoy Mexico.

Will you be helping to create the new content for the BFB lifetime memberships?

    [Reply]

  11. Bryan Says:

Marsadie - Thanks! I’ll still be around if you are a BFB member.

Ben - Thanks! And you are right, I think I sold too soon, but I was anxious to take a LOOOOOONG vacation and get my mental batteries recharged.

Paul - I will still be employed in BFB as a mentor. I’ll help to answer questions, and generally help out where I can for all of the members that are there currently, and any new ones that sign up!

Bryan, don’t you think you’re obviously lying? And take note, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME YOU’RE DOING THIS STRATEGY. You did it with OneMan’s and now you’re doing it again. FUNNY THING IS, people buy your crap.

Hope you allow this comment to be published.

Skitzzo reply on November 9th, 2008:

@Liar, what precisely do you think Brian is lying about?

Also, isn’t it interesting how most of the trolls online will make all kinds of comments without having the courage to put their name behind it?

    [Reply]

  21. Bryan Says:

It’s not up to me whether comments get published or not, I don’t own this site anymore. But what strategy exactly are you speaking of, selling a site? That IS what I do you know.

  22. Website Flipping Mastermind Says:

And it’s being sold again? Bryan phone home from Mexico dude! We’re here slaving away pushing e-books and other random online trinkets whilst you’re sipping Mojitos and checking chasing hot Mexican beach bunnies.

We want in! It’s our turn with BFB and SFU!!!
