URL PopUp Mod Needed

I know SMF has a mod, that automates the URL and other fileds, when posting. For those that don't know BB code, or are lazy. (like me) So when the url button is pressed, a small window pops up, and all you have to do is insert the url.

Please add this, pretty please.

I can't find the plugin Missy.  I'm a forum newbie when it comes to running one..

However, if you type http or www in front of the link, it'll auto-link to the page.  I know this isn't ideal for adding anchor text though.  I'll keep looking.
