I started this blog last week .. and I've got to say after about 10-12 posts, I'm tired of writing .. so if anyone knows any good writers for hire, please send them my way

Also, do you all have any tips besides manually bookmarking, commenting in social networks, and the obvious SEO basics to get traffic ?  Its so time-consuming building back links and I'm not doing a good job

Good stuff.  Looks great, content is good, and it's a very targeted niche. 

The tips for building links are the one's you already have.  Time consuming, but they work.  I'd also recommend Bookmarking Demon.  It's currently undergoing an update, and isn't as effective as it once was, but all those that own Bookmarking Demon version 3, get the version 4 upgrade for free.  It'll save you $100 or so to buy it now, and BMD 4 is due out in days.  It's simply the best tool on the market for automated link building.
