The yellow sweaters one might be a bit TOO niche.

You know what is interesting though, is that all the other sweater domains are gone. I was lucky to snatch that one up.

Plus it gets steady organic traffic from Google.

That's pretty awesome.  Would have never thought of that niche.

Organic traffic is good, but only if it monetizes...  how's that part of it going?

When you ask how does it monetize? Are you asking about Adsense? If so, it gets clicks regularly. If i just added more content, it would rake in even more in Adsense clicks.

Come Winter i think it will do really well, am not sure i'm going to flip this one. I might keep it.

P.S. I haven't really mastered affiliate marketing, so i tend to monetize my blogs and sites with Adsense. I want to learn the art of email marketing and ebook marketing, though.
