I will tell you one thing, i have probably worked harder and devoted more time to (Bloggers Search) in 30 days, than any of my other blogs.
Why?
Because i knew from the get go, it was not a blog i was going to keep. In other words, it didn’t drain me, as far as continuous work. Blogs and blogging is alot of hard constant work. Alot of new bloggers don’t know this.
But the fact, that i can build a blog from scratch, and then have someone else take over, and build it more, (and getting paid in the process) is quite appealing to me.
I’m not super savvy with it yet, (as B.S. is my first flip blog) but i like to think i have learned loads with this exercise, and can take it further (with time).
It is fun to build. Then sell. (but you already know this)
Good article, i like the exposure given to blog flipping and blog flippers. It is a NEW! and growing field.
It was cool to see/read about it on the New York Times. Nice!

Although the article mostly focuses on already built sites, not totally new ones. The same rules still apply, just takes longer.

My sentiment really was alot closer to AP’s and Forest. I don’t want it to become mainstream. Not yet. I want to be an early adopter, not a follower, and bandwagon jumper. (not that i have ever have been)
