Can someone offer a bit of hosting for a blog ?

Heya guys !
I've been gathering lots of resources for my first site flip for a long time now. I want everything to be perfect.  But my budget is very limited and I have like $3 left for hosting.
I need a little bit of space to host my first blog that will be flipped.
Can someone spare that ? I can pay with Paypal
