My recent and 1st Blog flip

Hi All

I am grateful for finding this forum and the primary site.

I have done many things in IM as well as developing http://tgom.us (redirect to the members area) which I am proud of however last month was my 1st Blog flip.

I used an aged domain I already had on a business in a box site, built a blog on it, populated with content, loads of plugins, security, some SEO and backlinking. In total over probably a month while busy with other projects.

I listed it on Sitepoint and had it sold within 24 hours on condition I make it a membership site which I can with a plugin I need to purchase for $50.

What did I get? $1450

I am told this is good, so I am proud of my first site flipping achievement.

Now I am busy with several site and blogs to flip. It is kinda addictive and beats trying to sell people affiliate products.

Almost forgot, the site is: http://allinonehealth.net (Still need to do the membership thing but the buyer has me buyer on another project so not only did I make a sale but I picked up about $450 in additional work)
