There are tons of REALLY REALLY GOOD BLOGS are still on BlogSpot.com and WordPress.com.

It's against the Terms of Service to buy or sell a free blog. If it's found that you've purchased one, Blogger or Wordpress might pull the plug and delete your blog. Risky investment that I'm not willing to make.

Erm...I have been thinking this. What if I convert all contents from Blogger blogs to self-hosted WordPress blog ( I heard it's possible) and then put a link telling that the website has moved of the wordpress self-hosted blog on the original blog (the Blogger blog)...is it possible to buy and sell a free blog?

It is possible. But what Bryan is saying is that their is a risk involved, becasue technically it isn't allowed.
Free blogs are bought and sold, just be careful. If you get caught or reported, you might be up a creek without a paddle.
